As a Sr. Marketing Specialist, you develop and implement innovative lifecycle marketing strategies that connect our customers to our products through our communication channels. You will build coordinated and consistent communications for in-funnel communications. Specifically, you are responsible for the conception, execution, and ongoing optimization of several coordinated and customer-centric marketing programs, including batch and automated Email, Direct Mail, Push, and SMS campaigns. You will partner cross-functionally working directly with product and marketing to develop seamless communication experiences connecting a customer with an agent or lender!
Partner collaboratively with Engineering, Decision Science and Marketing Ops to develop and execute cross-channel lifecycle strategies.
Support testing & optimization of communications and share clear takeaways with the broader organization.
Engage with key partners across marketing, product, and analytics to drive greater personalization and automation capabilities.
Use reporting and customer understanding to inform future revisions of our in-funnel strategy.
Ensure tracking and QA are in place pre-deployment.
This role has been categorized as a Remote position. “Remote” employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.
In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $83,900.00 – $134,100.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada, New York City and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

You have 3+ years proven experience in marketing campaign automation, campaign deployment and execution and/or lifecycle marketing.
Extensive knowledge in Email marketing; Experience in Simon Data preferred. SMS, Push or Direct Mail experience is a plus.
Functional knowledge of HTML/CSS is required.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel; Tableau and SQL experience preferred.
