This job will be responsible for digital customer journey and will directly influence spending for technology and digital infrastructure assets. Additionally, the role will work cross-functionally to ensure coordination between Digital Product, Digital Operations, Technical Services, Integration Services and other critical stakeholders.
The VP of IT Digital Engineering will own the technical delivery of the product development roadmap and lead all digital engineering teams for Tractor Supply’s ecommerce and marketing technology solutions. This includes capabilities and experiences that focus on consumers ability to research products, purchase, and engage with the company’s brand in more meaningful ways. This also includes capabilities for digital merchandisers and brand teams to put relevant product and content in the consumer’s path – Site Navigation, Product Pages, Landing Pages, Search and Merchandising. In partnership with key stakeholders, this role will be responsible for developing strategies, roadmaps, and high-quality information solutions as well as driving business results through the success of key business partners and enterprise functions.
This role will also be responsible for developing people and delivering services that are scalable and high quality.

Qualifications:
Experience: 15+ years of experience in retail application leadership and management. Experience in Senior IT management for a large, multi-unit, fast growing organization is preferred. A technologist with strong business foundation, proven expertise in improving productivity, driving business partner satisfaction, and maintaining technology and security controls.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field is preferred.
Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.
